I have a really big birthday coming up at the end of this month, where I will be turning the big 30. That being said, I have been fielding phone calls all over the place from family members and friends asking me what I want for my birthday and what my birthday theme is, or what birthday ideas I have. I have answered all of their questions as such: my birthday idea is to hit the beach in LA – Long Beach to be precise – and have a great sand party with all of my best friends. I was not expecting such a birthday theme to really take such force amongst my loved ones, but as it turns out, quite a few, and most of them actually, are going to be making the trek over to LA to see me. Since many live in the state of Arizona, which is nearby LA, about six hours driving time, it is not that far. And my birthday theme provides them with an ample excuse to enjoy a wonderful weekend getaway to the beach!
