birthday ideas

With October in full swing I've been thinking about birthday ideas for myself, what am I going to do, where am I going to go, when am I going to do this, who am I going to invite? The question of who I'm going to invite has recently been opened up a bit thanks to a social networking site, I've gotten back in touch with old high school and grade school friends. Folks I haven't seen in a good 20 years that I'd like to invite to join me on my night out especially since we haven't had any reunions.

Still I'm batting around birthday ideas as fast as I can, because I want to get invitations sent as soon as possible so people can better schedule their night. When I think about all the birthday ideas that come to mind, I keep going back to the plans I made earlier this year a fun night out for dinner and video games. Do I really want to do that again, or do I want to do something else? I know money is tight for a lot of people and my options are limited as far as having parties. But I keep going back to the birthday ideas I batted around last year and I keep leaning towards what we wound up doing. I know I need to talk to a couple friends, see what they think about my birthday ideas and see what their schedules look like in January.
