It is my husband's birthday today. He came up with his own birthday ideas. I guess that just made it easier on me this year, I did not have to come up with birthday themes or anything! One thing that always happens in our house around birthday time is the extended celebration. One's birthday is celebrated on the actual day of their birth and for days before or after, however it all works out.

In this case, my husband's birthday ideas will start today and progress through the week into the weekend. One of the local restaurant bars is holding a bikini fashion show this evening. My brother in law has joked that he set up personally to fall on his brother's birthday. However it happened, that is where you will find us this evening.

His birthday ideas just start there. Tomorrow after work, we are headed out for Mexican food, his favorite. We will meet the other side of the family at this event. That is why birthday's last so long in our family, we have to make sure everyone is included in the festivities, ya know?

Finally, my husbands birthday ideas will land and us at the Dunes with our toy hauler, sand rail, quads and plenty of food. That is where we will spend the weekend and the real relaxation and celebrating will take place. Aren't birthdays grand?
